Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care in accordance with policies, protocols, and the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings, reporting changes to the care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency and unit guidelines.
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans with the team.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
