Medical City McKinney seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room on the night shift. The RN coordinates and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care in collaboration with providers and the care team.

You will monitor patients, perform procedures, teach patients and families, and advocate for timely, safe care in a Level II Trauma Center setting. Night shift offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 30 days of start date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of start date.
• PALS certification within 90 days of start date.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year of start date.
• Current RN license/registration as required by state.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree must be obtained within 2 years of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care per department standards.
• Document care in the patient record in a timely, thorough manner.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, meds, and follow-up measures.
• Provide guidance on follow-up care, healthy lifestyle, and self-management.
