Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans and review them regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately following orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
