Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced ED Registered Nurse to join our team. You will perform comprehensive assessments, implement care plans, administer meds, educate patients, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department.

Required is an RN license with at least 1 year in ED; BLS is mandatory, ACLS as applicable. On-site, full-time night shift, with competitive pay and sign-on benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year ED RN experience required.
RN license in good standing (BLS/ACLS as applicable).
English fluency in reading, speaking, and writing.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate progress.
Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment, and self-care.
Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care and communication.
