Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ED RN experience.
• RN license and BLS Certification are required.
• Associate degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensure or certification requirements may vary by unit/state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly reevaluate them.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care to promote understanding.
