AdventHealth is seeking a PRN Night Shift Registered Nurse in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the applicable state
Associate's degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred
BLS certification required
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments across physiological and psychosocial domains
Develop and implement individualized care plans and monitor outcomes
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policy
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care
Maintain accurate documentation in medical records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Collaborate with care teams to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate care
Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in performance improvement activities
