Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN license required in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physical, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly evaluate progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitor for adverse effects.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and interventions.
• Evaluate care plan effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate nursing care within the team.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and performance improvement.
