Right Hire Consulting LLC is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join a 15-bed Emergency Department. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care across all age groups and collaborating with 2–4 RNs and physicians, handling about 65 patients per day.

Shifts are 12 hours, with a patient ratio of 1:5. ADN is required; critical care experience preferred; BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications must be obtained within specified timelines.

Formación

• ADN required.
• Critical care experience preferred.
• BLS within 14 days of hire, ACLS within 30 days of hire, PALS within 90 days of hire or transfer, TNCC within 6 months of hire or transfer.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive patient care across all ages.
• Collaborate with 2–4 RNs and physicians.
• Manage an average of 65 patients per day (≈25,000 annually).
