Job summary

Mercy Health in Perrysburg, OH seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department. This night shift role emphasizes patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with an interprofessional team to deliver safe, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree (Associate or BSN), active RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS/PALS as available. Prior ED or critical care experience is preferred; EPIC EHR training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certification as available, required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced ED setting.
• Evaluate, update and revise the plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Administer medications safely according to policy.
