Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at St Mary's Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado. This is a full-time position on the night shift (36 hours per week) with benefits eligibility.

One year of ER RN experience is required. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with an interdisciplinary team, maintain documentation, and uphold professional standards and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the care team.
• Develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate and delegate care to the interdisciplinary team per plan.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust the plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism, comply with regulations, and document accurately.
