Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develop individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Implement: Coordinate and delegate care within plan of care and ensure timely documentation.
• Evaluate: Review patient response and revise plan of care as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintain ethical standards, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation.
