Job summary

Windham Hospital's Emergency Department is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Under supervision of the Nurse Manager, you will apply evidence-based nursing practices to meet physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs of patients and families.

The ED treats a wide range of conditions with a 23-bed capacity and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of nursing process and customer service principles.
• National certification in specialty preferred.
• Minimum one year RN experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process in collaboration with the medical staff.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
