Job summary

This 131-bed acute care hospital focuses on patient-centered care, with Joint Commission accreditation and a breadth of services including cardiology, orthopedics, imaging and emergency care.

The RN will coordinate and deliver care using the nursing process, assess patients, administer medications, support physicians during procedures, and participate in life-saving CPR

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• Active RN license in Indiana or a compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care following nursing processes.
• Assess patients and document findings; report changes to care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency and scope.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
