Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Emergency department exposure is a plus.
• Able to document and communicate patient findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration to develop care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies with life-saving interventions as needed.
• Document care and education thoroughly in the medical record.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and audits.
