Job summary

Dupont Hospital, LLC in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care through all phases of the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessments, administering medications, and educating patients. This role offers a $25,000 sign-on bonus and a robust benefits package including health insurance and loan repayment

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana.
• 0–2 years clinical nursing experience required or student rotations in acute care.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• ACLS and/or PALS certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered nursing care.
• Performs patient assessments and documents findings.
• Administers medications and monitors for side effects.
• Collaborates with physicians and the care team to implement care plans.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in code team activities.
• Educates patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
