Job summary

INTEGRIS Community Hospital is seeking an RN for the Emergency Room to assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care during night shifts in a 16-bed, small-format hospital. This PRN position requires vigilance and teamwork to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced ER environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license with 2+ years ER experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS certification, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Active RN license without sanctions.
• 2+ years ER experience or equivalent.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-specific nursing care with advanced clinical knowledge.
• Document medical records accurately, concisely, and legibly.
• Observe and record vitals, symptoms and patient status.
• Follow physician orders and revise care plans as needed.
• Collect lab samples and handle specimens per policies.
• Maintain patient privacy and infection control procedures.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Prepare equipment for procedures and assist with treatments.
