Job summary
Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital in Houston is seeking experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses to join a Magnet®-recognized team delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. You will work with physicians and healthcare professionals to assess, treat, educate and support patients and families.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Current State of Texas nursing license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications may be required based on unit.
- RN experience levels: RN I/II 1–3 years; RN III 3–10 years; RN IV 10+ years.
Responsibilities
- Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients according to nursing skills and patient needs.
- Coordinates nursing care planning with an interdisciplinary team and makes appropriate clinical decisions.
- Collaborates with and may delegate to the healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes based on standards of care.
- Coordinates discharge and transfer plans; participates in program evaluation and quality improvement.
