Job summary

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department, home to Hampton Roads’ only Level I Trauma Center. Multiple shifts, 36 hours weekly, with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• NIHSS, TCRN, SCRN, TNCC, CEN, PALS, and ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent, high-quality care in a Level I Trauma Center.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and nursing teams to deliver safe patient care.
• Document patient care and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
