Job summary

Bon Secours Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at St. Francis Eastside. The ED RN will deliver exceptional nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and develop care plans to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires a current RN license, ADN or BSN, and at least one year of RN experience; ED/CCU experience is a plus. Shift runs 6:45am–7:00pm with a 36-hour work week and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• One year of professional RN experience; ED/CCU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Care for groups of patients in fast-paced, high-intensity setting.
• Evaluate and revise care plans to meet expected outcomes.
• Serve as the point of contact for patient care coordination across departments.
• Provide care to a broad spectrum of patients from short-stay to trauma.
• Administer medications safely according to policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
