Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Greenville, SC, is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care in a high-demand setting.

The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, assess patient needs, and develop care plans to optimize outcomes across diverse patient populations. A current RN license and ACLS/PALS readiness are preferred, with EPIC EHR experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state with current credentials.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN).
• ACLS/PALS preferred or required within 6 months of hire; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Care for high-acuity patients in a fast-paced ED setting.
• Assess patient status and update care plans accordingly.
• Provide safe medication administration per policies.
• Develop and execute patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Serve as a primary contact for coordination across departments.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and families.
