Job summary

Emerus in Greensburg, PA is hiring an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a full-time mids-night swing shift. The role focuses on assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care in a fast-paced ER and includes a generous sign-on bonus.

You will provide age-appropriate nursing care, document thoroughly, follow physician orders, and participate in lab testing and infection control. Requirements include an RN license in PA, 2+ years ER experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS; BSN

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state with no sanctions.
• Minimum 2+ years of full-time ER nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate and developmentally suitable nursing care in the ER.
• Document accurately and legibly in medical records.
• Observe and record signs, symptoms, and patient status.
• Follow physician orders and deliver nursing care accordingly.
• Collect lab samples and perform lab testing per policy.
