Advocate Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room and Float Pool in Hazel Crest, IL. The role supports the ER team with a focus on high-quality patient care and adaptability across shifts.

Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing program, active RN licensure in Illinois, BLS and ACLS, and at least 2 years of telemetry or critical care experience, including PACU exposure. This position is full-time for all shifts within an acute-care setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• At least 2 years telemetry/critical care/Cath Lab or PACU nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care per established standards and policies.
• Lead with evidence-based practice and professional communication to create a safe patient environment and positive care experiences across the continuum.
