Incredible Health is hiring an Emergency Department Registered Nurse in Belleville, NJ. The role covers day, night and mid shifts across full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities.

You will care for trauma, critical patients and those with urgent medical needs in a teaching hospital setting known for Magnet recognition and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate has ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, ER experience, and certifications such as ACLS/PALS.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor health, administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
