Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• BLS CPR within 14 days; ACLS, PALS within 6 months; TNCC within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assessment of patient condition and ongoing nursing care.
• Plan, document, and discharge planning with patient/family involvement.
• Prepare patients for treatments, report changes to the team, ensure safety.
• Reassess patients and modify care as needed; communicate with physicians.
• Provide bedside shift report with family participation.
