Job summary

Aurora Health Care in Marinette, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department to care for patients across the lifespan in a fast-paced setting. You will work with an 18-bed ED, coordinating care using the nursing process and upholding safety and compassion.

Candidates must complete an accredited nursing program, hold an RN license in Wisconsin, and achieve BLS, ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
