Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department in Marinette, Wisconsin. This full-time role requires primary hours from 7p to 7a on a 36-hour workweek, including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation.

You will join an 18-bed ED team with complex trauma cases, supported by a collaborative care model and modern equipment, delivering high-quality patient care across the lifespan.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
• Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication to support patient care and team collaboration
