Job summary

Advocate Health in Marinette, WI seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department to deliver compassionate, evidence‑based care to patients across the lifespan in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment. You’ll join an 18‑bed ED with a collaborative care model, modern equipment, and strong teamwork that values your voice.

This full‑time role covers 36 hours per week with primary hours 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., including weekends and holidays with on‑call rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with a valid state license.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care aligned with standards and policies.
• Communicate compassionately and collaborate with the care team.
