Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and continuously.
• Plan, implement and document the care plan with goals.
• Prepare patients for treatments and notify physicians of changes.
• Provide accurate bed-side shift reports and continuity of care.
• Maintain safe environment and manage supplies and charges.
