Job summary

Exceptional Health Care's Community Hospital is seeking an experienced ER Nurse to join our fast-paced emergency department. You will provide direct and indirect patient care, triage safely, and collaborate with physicians to optimize patient flow.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in ER/ICU, a current RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS, strong leadership, and proficiency with EMR. We offer a patient-focused culture, ongoing education, and supportive leadership to help you excel.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Minimum 2 years ER or ICU experience.
Active RN license with BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

Determine priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs and patient flow.
Communicate with ED physicians about status changes and test results.
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Maintain awareness of ER policies and procedures affecting responsibilities.
Provide direct patient care and evaluate outcomes, adjusting as needed.
