WellSpan Health is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a full-time day-shift role at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon, PA. The position supports a fast-paced ED serving all ages, with orientation covering required certifications and high-risk care.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, care coordination, and collaboration with physicians and staff. Requires ED experience and current BLS/ACLS/PALS credentials.

Formación

• Emergency Department RN experience is required.
• Minimum education includes Diploma or Associate degree; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications may be required depending on unit.

Responsabilidades

• Provides and coordinates direct care following nursing process and hospital standards.
• Administers prescribed treatments and medications safely and independently.
• Documents patient responses and progress using EMR and flow sheets.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe handoffs and care planning.
