Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department in Lancaster, PA. The Clinical Nurse 2 Colleague works as a full partner on the health care team, delivering patient-centered care and coordinating across disciplines.

Minimum qualifications include PA RN licensure, BSN or higher, Nurse Residency or 15 months of practice, and BLS CPR certification. This position supports evenings and on-call requirements in a busy Level I trauma ED.

Formación

• RN licensure required by PA Board of Nursing.
• BSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Completion of Nurse Residency Program or >15 months of practice required.
• CPR Certification - AHA BLS required within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to patients across age groups from infant to elderly.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on health practices and treatment options.
• Demonstrate leadership and adherence to safety, quality, and privacy standards.
