Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a board-certified Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join the Emergency Department in Lebanon, PA. This per-diem, part-time role supports day, evening, and night shifts onsite, with a minimum commitment of six shifts over six months and a focus on high-quality, patient-centered emergency care.

The ideal candidate holds an NP or PA credential, has ED experience, and is eligible for PA/NP licensure in Pennsylvania, with BLS and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Advanced Practice Providers (APN/PA) for ED
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in ED or acute care
• Eligible for RN/PA licensure in PA and board certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Join Emergency Department team on a per-diem basis
• Provide age-appropriate care from pediatric to adult patients
• Manage complex cases across shifts (days/evenings/nights)
• Complete required certifications and participate in department trainings
