Openwork Health is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our dedicated team in Chico, CA. The role focuses on rapid assessment, triage, and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced ED setting.

You will collaborate with physicians and specialists, ensure timely interventions, and support patients and families through high-stress emergencies. Onboarding and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualificações

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Prior experience in an emergency room or acute care setting preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct rapid patient assessments and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and progress of patients.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, procedures, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records per facility protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in emergency response situations and perform life-saving interventions as needed.

Conhecimentos

RN license (active)
