Openwork Health is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient assessment, timely interventions, and clear communication with patients and families, while supporting licensing and ongoing professional development.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, have at least one year of ER experience, and possess BLS/ACLS certification.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year of ER RN experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS/TNCC advantageous.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-stress, rapidly changing environments.

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and triage according to established protocols.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation.
• Participate in emergency response procedures and code situations as needed.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and post-discharge care instructions.
