Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room at St. Francis Eastside in Greenville, SC.

The ER RN will deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced setting, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to assess status, plan care, and implement interventions. Requirements include an accredited nursing degree, active RN license, and at least 1 year of RN experience; ED/critical care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• 1 year of RN experience; ED/critical care preferred.
• BLS; ACLS and PALS preferred within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Care for high-acuity patients in a fast-paced ER.
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments.
• Monitor and revise care plans to achieve expected outcomes.
