Mercy Hospital in Edmond, OK is seeking an experienced RN for an evening shift (1pm-1am), full-time at 36 hours per week. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care across departments.

You must have graduated from an accredited RN program and hold an active RN license in the hiring state or compact, plus BLS certification.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift 50 pounds, prolonged standing and walking, and ability to bend and reach.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintain professional accountability for the care of assigned patients.
• Evaluate overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and protect patient rights and confidentiality.
