Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department Evening shift at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. This full-time role is 36 hours per week, with an evening schedule from 3p to 3a and rotating weekends/holidays.

You will provide skilled nursing care, apply the nursing process, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead unlicensed staff while contributing to safe, high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• IL RN license required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
