Required IL nursing license, BLS/CPR, and preferred BSN with 1 year hospital RN experience. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $36.00 to $55.80 based on expertise and experience, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• BSN degree preferred
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
