Job summary

Inspira Health Network in New Jersey is seeking a qualified registered nurse to support patient assessment, prioritization of care, and timely interventions in collaboration with the medical team.

The role requires enrollment in a BSN/MSN program within six months of hire, NJ RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications with specified timelines; trauma & critical care training is highly valued for improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehiring and graduate by the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
• One-year clinical experience required.
• NJ RN license currently active with New Jersey State Board of Nursing.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required within specified timelines after hire.
• CP I initial for new hires to be completed within the introductory period; renewal every 18 months.
• Trauma Nurse Core Courses within 12 months or 8 contact hours every two years in trauma care.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment, determines priority of care and provides any immediate interventions.
• Analyzes assessment data, formulates and implements plan of care and evaluates effectiveness in collaboration with medical staff.
• Adheres to Inspira Health Network policies and procedures during care delivery.
