Job summary

Inspira Health in New Jersey is seeking a registered nurse to perform patient assessment, determine care priorities, and provide immediate interventions. Must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire, with one year of clinical experience and two years ED experience preferred for per diem roles.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire.
• One-year clinical experience required.
• Two years ED experience preferred for per diem positions.
• Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing.
• American Heart Association BLS required; ACLS within 6 months; PALS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment, determines priority of care and provides immediate interventions, analyzes assessment data, formulates and implements plan of care and evaluates for effectiveness in collaboration with medical staff and in accordance with the policies and procedures of IHN.
