Qualifications

• Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• PALS required within 6 months of hire.
• CPI initial within introductory period; renewal every 18 months.
• Cardiac dysrhythmia competency within 6 months.
• Critical Care Course within 1 year (or 2 years CC experience or current CEN).
• Trauma Nurse Core Courses within 12 months or 8 contact hours every 2 years in trauma care.
• National Certification in specialty area preferred.
• One-year clinical experience required.
• Two years ED experience preferred for per diem positions.

Responsibilities
