Responsibilities

• Demonstrate competency in interventions including IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, specimen collection.
• Maintain patient charts and use IT to communicate and document outcomes.
• Promote and advocate for patient health and safety.
• Provide patient/family education and assess learning needs.
