Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
• RN license in state of employment.
• Ability to work with complex patient needs and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, and specimens.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation.
• Promote patient safety and advocate for patient rights.
• Educate patient/family and assess learning needs.
