SignatureCare Emergency Center Aggieland in College Station, TX is hiring for a Full-Time/Part-Time role with hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.00. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience, plus a current BLS credential.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, strong computer skills, and precise patient logging. The role may involve holidays and weekends in a fast-paced ED setting, with strict safety and attendance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 1 year of experience.
• 1 year of experience minimum.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible and service-oriented approach.
• Problem-solving abilities and ability to intervene promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills.
• Multitask and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
• Type at least 45 WPM.
• Maintain courtesy and respect for staff.
• Understand banking and cash handling requirements.
• Keep accurate patient logs for ED visits.
• Maintain clean facilities and report issues to Nurse Manager.
• Check company emails each shift for communication.
• Document incidents and report to Nurse Manager/Physician.
• Monitor registration supplies and notify Lead Registration as needed.
• May work holidays and weekends.
