Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health – Lake Pointe is seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN Nights in the Emergency Department. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of recent ED RN experience and Texas RN licensure with eligible BLS/ACLS/PALS and related certifications.

Responsibilities include prioritizing care, creating and adjusting care plans, and delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote patient safety and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of true, recent Emergency Department RN experience.
• Active RN license in Texas.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, CPI certifications (can be obtained after hire).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize needs and create, implement, and assess care plans for patients.
• Observe indicators closely and support evidence-based changes.
• Create a caring, safe environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute integrated care plans.
• Use clinical judgment and nursing processes to evaluate patient needs and outcomes.
