Job summary

Mercy Cassville ER is hiring a Registered Nurse to apply the Nursing Process in delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for the care of a caseload, delegating appropriately and guiding staff under Mercy standards.

The role requires graduation from an approved school of nursing, current Missouri licensure, CPR certification, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Sign-on bonus available with some restrictions.

Qualifications

• Use the Nursing Process to meet patient needs.
• Provide care per professional standards of nursing.
• CPR certification is minimal.
• Ability to delegate and direct staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Apply Nursing Process to assess and plan patient care.
• Deliver nursing care for a caseload of patients.
• Coordinate with the Nursing Department and Mercy policies.
• Potentially work nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
