Job summary

Mercy Cassville ER is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the Nursing Process in alignment with Mercy standards. You will be responsible for a caseload, delegating to staff as needed, and supporting Mercy’s mission and service standards.

The role is full-time with night, weekend, and holiday coverage. A sign-on bonus is available and adherence to Missouri nursing licensure and CPR requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification is minimal.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the Nursing Process to meet patient needs.
• Oversee a caseload of patients and delegate tasks to staff.
• Work the Nights, Weekends, and Holidays schedule.
• Adhere to Mercy mission, values, and service standards.
