Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.

• Use the Nursing Process to meet the needs of patients according to professional standards of nursing care.
• Delegate appropriately and direct staff in the delivery of care.
• RN may be assigned to work shifts in all four rural Mercy hospitals during a pay period.
