Job summary

Mercy Cassville ER is hiring a Registered Nurse to apply the Nursing Process in delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for the care of a caseload, delegating appropriately and guiding staff under Mercy standards.

The role requires graduation from an approved school of nursing, current Missouri licensure, CPR certification, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Sign-on bonus available with some restrictions.

Qualifications

• Use the Nursing Process to meet patient needs.
• Provide care per professional standards of nursing.
• CPR certification is minimal.
• Ability to delegate and direct staff as needed.

Responsibilities

Assures that the philosophy, mission, goals, objective, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department and Mercy are followed. The Registered Nurse if responsible for the quality of care of a caseload of patients; delegates appropriately and directs staff in the delivery of care. The RN may be assigned to work shifts in all four of the rural hospitals in a pay period. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Hours: 1030-2300
