Mercy Cassville ER is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the Nursing Process in alignment with Mercy standards. You will be responsible for a caseload, delegating to staff as needed, and supporting Mercy’s mission and service standards.

The role is full-time with night, weekend, and holiday coverage. A sign-on bonus is available and adherence to Missouri nursing licensure and CPR requirements is expected.

Formación

• Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification is minimal.

Assures that the philosophy, mission, goals, objective, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department and Mercy are followed. The Registered Nurse if responsible for the quality of care of a caseload of patients; delegates appropriately and directs staff in the delivery of care. The RN may be assigned to work shifts in all four of the rural hospitals in a pay period. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Hours: 1030-2300

• Education: Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
